2nd Tier Page (Happy New Year) 1/01/03
Purpose: This an example of what a typical Gallery layout would look like, the user would select Gallery, then they would select a particular flavor of design they would like to see, in this case the user has selected 'striping'. Changed the word "Portfolio" to "Gallery".

Purpose: Home Page Design, this is also accesible by watching the Flash Intro and then clicking on the enter link. "The Art of Illusion" was chosed because the core of what Jolene Hemeon Studios does is to make the invisible visible, also, most faux finish is an attempt to trick the eye into believing it is seeing bricks, marble, or some other type of texture or 3d effect, hence creating illusion with art.

Purpose: Possible flash intro and site mock up design.

Logo Revision 12/28/2002
Purpose: Took the preferred logo adding a highlight stroke. The highlight stroke is an abstract sillouette of paintbrush continuing with the 'faux finsih' theme.

Jolene Hemeon Studios Logo Concepts 11/25/2002
Purpose: The fruit represents a single solid brush stroke signifying simplicity and freedom. The logo type is a classic serif font, one that might be found on an important invitation or used as Letter type in a classic novel. I wanted the tips of the letters to end in points similar to how brush strokes typically end - since this logo represents a myriad of painting skills and styles we brought together what the artist loves to draw and paint the most - a pear - and merged it with a stroke that could be pen, brush, or pencil.
